Payment and Shipping Terms:
Pacific Register Co. accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit card payments. Pacific Register Co. ships F.O.B. via UPS ground. Three-day, Second-day, and Next-day shipments are available at customer request. Insurance is available at customer request. Customer pays for all shipping and insurance costs. Quantities of some products may be limited and require shipment at a later time. Quotes are honored for 30 days.

Our registers have a lifetime warranty.
Return Policies
Pacific Register accepts returns on stock items with a 20% restocking fee and only after a Return Authorization Number has been given. No returns on custom, pre-finished, or altered items. Shipping charges are not refundable. Wood Vents: Pacific Register accepts returns on all standard size Red Oak and White Oak grilles with a 25% restocking fee, after the issuance of a Return Authorization Number. We are unable to accept returns on custom sizes, custom woods, or prefinished products.
